Sunday afternoon service.

--The hour of service at the Centenary Methodist Church has been changed to the afternoon, at half-past 3 o'clock, omitting the night service. Rev. W. W. Bennett, the newly-appointed pastor, is in his place, and for the last two Sundays has filled the pulpit with universal favor. No man in the city is more attractive in manner and matter, and we predict for him a large popularity. Besides the efforts of the pastor, the afternoon attendants upon the worship at Centenary will have the opportunity of hearing occasional sermons from Mr. Duncan, of the Broad street Church; Mr. Ware, of Clay street Church; Mr. Brown, of Trinity Church, and Dr. Rosser, of Union Hill Station.
