--Franklin street, below the Exchange Hotel, has been much improved by repaving, as well as Mayor street; and there are others which will probably receive attention in due time. The heavy government wagons, which are constantly driven over the streets at a rats of speed both dangerous and improper, will create a necessity for a good deal of paving work hereafter.
