--Busy preparations are being made for the erection of winter quarters.
Gen. Price is still south of the Osage river, and near Osceola; if he crosses the river, lively times may be expected.
Sedalia, Dec. 7.--To-day, at 10 o'clock, six teams, while on a foraging expedition near this place, were seized by a party of Confederate teamsters and taken prisoners.
