Arms of discharged and Deceased volunteers.

--A correspondent writing from Houston, Ga., says that there are no less than ten thousand stand of arms in Virginia, scattered throughout the different camps, left there by the volunteers who have died or been discharged. These guns have not been collected together and accounted for as they should have been, according to an order which has been issued to that effect, and we would suggest, as the Government is in need of arms at this time, that some steps be taken forth with to obtain possession of them and put them to use. The same correspondent says that in the company to which he is attached there are about twenty muskets not in use and that in his regiment there are at least one hundred.
