The Senate Hall.

--The new apartment for the accommodation of the Confederate States Senate, in the northwestern corner of the Capitol, is nearly ready for the reception of that dignified body. It is a pleasant room, well lighted and comfortably furnished. The decorations, which are of no great consequence in these times, are probably as suitable as could be procured, though by no means remarkable for their beauty.
