We have it from a reliable source, that the rable abortion of a Government which its away in Northwestern Virginia, and is now temporarily loading it over a pation of the Valley, has ordered a draft for troops in the counties of Berkeley, Jefferson, and Clarke, to fight in the Lincoln army. As an inducement to parties to enter their ser who have a spark of treason to Virginia and unerring nished in their bosoms, they offering a bounty of $100 and a three furlough to all who will volunteer.

This is another means resorted to for the gation of the South. Is it not mani the duty of the Government, under circumstances, to contend to the last for the occupation of every inch of Southern
