Jas. Moves, who ranaway from Columbia with a large amount of lands belonging to J. C. Walker, of that city, was arrested in Montgomery, and $5,000 recovered. J. W. Mann aged $2 years a resident of Muscoges county, Ga., but now a private in the Columbus Rebels, as eight sons in the Confederate army.
