Arrival of prisoners.

--The Central cars brought down yesterday evening six Yankees, seven domestic traitors, and one recusant Confederate soldier, as prisoners. They were sent to Richmond by E. F. Clayton, Provost Marshal of Stanston. The Yankees, who belong to an Ohio regiment, were captured in Bath county, as were the citizens. They were lodged in the C. S. Military Prison on their arrival here.
