--A letter from an intelligent officer of the army says there are two sides to the negro spy question, and that we have suffered more than we have gained from Many of the most intelligent of them have been in the habit of visiting both armies, and have carried continuous information to the rebels which has been of great to injury to us. Some of them have been for a long time what successfully used by the rebel Generals on sales and from this source they have derived which of their valuable information, which it has been supposed was communicated by traitor at Washington and elsewhere.--Northern papers.
