The fever in Wilmington.

There were 34 new cases of yellow fever in Wilmington, N. C., on Thursday, and 11 deaths. Stores of medicated liquor and medicines have been ordered to that point by Gen. Beauregard. The steamer Kate, which ran the blockade from Nassau also has a valuable stock of medicines on board.--She is still lying in quarantine with one case of fever on board.
