Rearrested.

--Thos. Cox, of Chesterfield, who caused the death of Lemuel Snellings, of the same county, by cutting him in the arm with a pocket-knife last week, and who was afterwards arrested, carried before two magistrates, examined for the offence and discharged from custody, was rearrested on Monday, carried before a magistrate, and admitted to bail in $500 for his appearance at an examination before a court of magistrates summoned to be held in the Town Hall of Manchester, at 11 o'clock next Friday.
