Election in Henrico.

--An election who held in Henrico county, 27th inst., for a Magistrate, Overseer of the Poor, and Constable for No. 1. James J. Mountcastle received 40 votes and was elected a Magistrate; James Roper, an Overseer of the Poor, received 22 votes, and was elected. Thos. Yarbrough was elected Constable without opposition.
