Fredericksburg, Jan. 19.

--The Wheeling Intelligencer of the 5th, reports a fight on Saturday between Gen Janklas and Col. Imboden's forces, and the Federal under Col. Washington lasting Saturday and Sunday, and claims that the "rebels had been driven four miles. "

Gen. Milroy is at Winchester.

The New York Herald less by an arrival from New Orleans that Gen. Saints had established his headquarters at Baton Rouge, and had ten thousand men in camp. More vessels of his expedition had arrived.
