--The undersigned are authorized to sell a large and well improved farm, lying in a desirable section, very near to the James River Canal, and within a convenient distance of Richmond. It produces fine tobacco, and all other stable crops. The improvements are good. If desired, the Slaves and Stock would be sold with the land. A reasonable price will be taken for all the property.
