Charged with disloyalty.

--William Wilson, a citizen residing within the lines of the army at Fredericksburg was arrested on Tuesday, April 14th, by order of General Lee, for disloyalty, and sent to Richmond for trial. Wilson was sent to the military prison of the Eastern district, where he now is.
