C. S. Circuit Court.

--Judge Halybarton, yesterday, gave his decision in the case of flames W. Adams and Solomon N. Adams, arrested in North Carolina for being in the enemy's lines and having taken the oath of allegiance, for which they were charged with treason. The Court ordered their from confinement, but immediately turned them over to the enrolling officer, by whom they were taken to Camp Lee as conscripts.
