From Fredericksburg.

--The intelligence received from Fredericksburg by the cars which arrived from there yesterday afternoon was not of such a character as to lead to the belief that anything very important will transpire in that quarter soon. During Saturday afternoon it was observed that several tents had been put up on the north side of the Rappahannock, nearly opposite Fredericksburg, and reports say that a small force of infantry had made their appearance on the White Ridge or Warrenton road, about eight miles beyond that city. The pickets of the two armies are said to be quite friendly, and frequent exchanges of newspapers and other articles take place between them.
