--George K. Young, becoming fuddled by the use of bad whiskey on Monday night last, kicked up a rumpus at the Ballard House, which entailed upon an officer the necessity of taking him in custody. The Mayor yesterday morning discharged him, in view of his extreme penitence for past offences, and a promise not to be guilty of such conduct in future.
