Fuel.

--It prompt measures are not taken by the proper authorities to secure fuel for the citizens of Richmond, very many families will suffer terribly this winner, if they do not perish with cold. Under existing circumstances, men of means, able to stand the extortioners' charges, find it almost impossible to get fuel. This being the case, how are the families of soldiers and mechanics to get their supplies? The question is one of vast importance, and requires prompt attention.
