--The examination of Thomas Kirby and Jos. Young, charged with robbing and attempting to murder Jno Lawrence, a negro, some few nights since, did not take place before Justice Baker, of Henrico, yesterday, as it was expected it would. The parties were taken before him, but for want of an important witness they were remanded to appear next Tuesday.
