Hustings Court, yesterday.

--William McKenzie, charged with stealing a mule, saddle and bridle from S. M. Williamson; Patrick H. Costello and John Howard, charged with assaulting and robbing Peter D. Bernard; John Ryan, charged with assaulting and robbing James Kelley; and Thomas J. Horaley, charged with robbing William Casper, were examined and remanded for trial before Judge Lyons.

Patrick Murphy and William Crawford, charged with stealing a quantity of clothing from James A. Kelley; Wilson, a slave, charged with aiding and abetting a servant of Jas. Lyons to escape from his owner, were examined, adjudged not guilty, and discharged.
