Found drowned.

--Jeremiah McGinnis, about 40 years of age, a substitute in No. 4 battery, was found drowned in the dock at the foot of 21st street, about 11 o'clock, on Saturday morning. McGinnis, while in a state of intoxication, fell into the dock, at the foot of 17th street, on Thursday night last, and was drowned before assistance could be rendered.
