Prisoner Accidentally killed.

--As the guard of the Libby prison were leading their muskets in front of the prison on Tuesday morning, the piece of private Charles Webber, of the 18th Va. Battalion, accidently exploded, the ball killing one and wounding another of the Yankee prisoners who were looking out of the front windows of the building. Lt. G. D. Forsyth, of the 100th Ohio, was killed, the ball passing through his head. Lt. B. O. Kelly was wounded in the neck. The testimony of a number of witnesses, among whom were several Yankee officers, established the fact that the shooting was purely accidental.
