--James Findlay, Chaplain, fifty-three years old, was hung at Tunnel Hill to-day for encouraging mutiny and carrying on a secret correspondence with the enemy.
He made a full confession, and acknowledged the justice of the sentence.
It is reported that Thomas has moved his headquarters to Ringgold, and troops are moving there from Chattanooga.
