--The above reward a be given for the apprehension and to me of a negro man named Ralph, the proper of Mrs. F. R. McNeal, of Stafford. Said negro about 5 feet 6 inches high, very black, and was a little lame. When spoken to he has a appearance. He left the employment of Maynard, Quartermaster, to whom he was and about ten days since.
