The Alexandra.

The latest foreign news announces that the Alexandra was to be delivered up to her owners on the 25th April. We do not understand what is meant by fixing a day for the ceremony of giving to the owners what has been decided to be their property, unless it be deemed that there are other persons interested who should have notice of the event in order to take care of their interests. Is it intended to give opportunity to the emissaries of the Lincoln Government to hatch up another complaint to subject her to still further detention? We shall see. We shall not believe that the British Government will allow the Alexandra to leave port until she has fairly reached the sea beyond her jurisdiction.
