The courts.

--The business disposed of in the different courts yesterday was of such a character as to render it unnecessary to make an extended notice of it. A few cases were disposed of by the Mayor, the most of which were negroes without passes and soldiers taken up for imbibing too freely. The former were ordered to be whipped and the latter were sent to their commands.
