A.going on horseback, equestrian, “Ἀριμασπὸν ἱπποβάμονα στρατόνA.Pr.805; στρατὸς ., of centaurs, S.Tr.1095.
2. trotting like a horse, or used for riding, “κάμηλοιA.Supp.284 (cj. Turneb.).
3. metaph., ῥήματα . high-paced words, bombast, fustian, Ar.Ra.821.
