Reverse of fortune.

--Wm. H. Randall, for fourteen years identified with the history and growth of St. Paul, Minnesota, and at one time owning real estate in and near the city, valued at $1,000,000, died at St. Paul, on the 30th ult., a poor man. The financial difficulties of 1857 wreaked him beyond recovery.
