Affairs in Tennessee.

--In another portion of this paper will be found an account of Rosecrans's and Burnside's movements in Tennessee. Yesterday morning a rumor obtained in the city that Knoxville was taken, Bristol captured, &c. None of this was true. Some Tennessee tories, encouraged by Burnside's proximity, burnt a bridge on the East Tennessee and Virginia Railroad, near Bristol, but that was the only foundation for the wild rumors which circulated yesterday. Telegraphic messages were being received from and transmitted to both of the places named up to a late hour last night.
