Mobile, July 14 --A special dispatch to the Tribune, dated Grenade, July 14, states that the Memphis papers, of the 11th, contain an order from Gen. Grant, banishing from the city, after five days notice, the families of all persons connected in any manner with the Confederate army, or holding office under the Confederate Government, or holding since, county or municipal offices, and claiming to owe allegiance to the Confederate July 14, states that the Memphis papers, of the 11th, contain an order from Gen.
