Condition of Virginia Banks Bank of Rockingham, Harrisonburg, Va., Feb. 6th, 1861. To Hon, John Letcher, Governor of Virginia: Dear Sir Enclosed you will please find a statement of the condition of this Bank on the 1st of January, 1861, and 1860. Your obed't serv't. C. C.
