Arrivals at the Libby.
--There were eleven arrivals at the Libby prison yesterday, three officers and eight privates.
The names of the officers are as follows: Capt. Calvin Fuller, of the Virginia militia; Lieut. James H. Thornbury, of the 39th Kentucky regiment, and W. H. Shaw, sheriff of Purnam county, under the jurisdiction of Pierpont.
These parties were all captured in Wayne county, Va.
