Frozen to death. --A young man named Henry Jarvis was frozen to death yesterday morning, at his father's residence, on Leigh street. He had been off with a party of friends spending the evening and, it is supposed, drank too much. On returning home, he sat down in the door, fell asleep, and not being discovered by any of the inmates during the night, perished in the cold.
