Miscellaneous cases. --Ann E. Thacker, an idiotic white woman, was committed to jail yesterday, by the Mayor's order, for vagrancy.--Isaac Cooper, a Henrico free negro, with a grand display of brass buttons, was up for remaining here without a city register. He claimed to be attached to a Louisiana regiment, and said he came to Richmond for the benefit of his health.
