Graver, who had left his seat in the Senate to attend the Convention, arose and suggested that in order to facilitate purposes the call for delegates be made, and as the lists were handed in they could be submitted to Col. Gilbert. The Secretary then proceeded to call the counties in their alphabetical order: Jefferson, Campbell, Henry, Olden, Owen, Scott, Shelby, Mason, Oldham, and Woodford counties, and the city of Louisville, sending the largest number of delegates.
