Arrested. --Col. Clarence Prentice, of the Confederate Army, son of the editor of the Louisville Journal, and another Confederate, named Hargraves, were arrested in Louisville on the 31st March. They came to the city sometime during the night. on horseback, and were captured at the residency of Mr Prentice.
