Sale of coffee and Cotton.
--Four thousand four hundred bags of Java coffee were sold at auction in New York last Friday at 23½ cents in gold, and three thousand five hundred bags of Rio on private terms.
Three thousand bales of cotton, captured by the Government, were also sold at auction; 2,406 bales of Memphis brought 41¼@53 cents; six hundred and fifty bales of New Orleans brought 42½@53 cents, and one hundred and seventeen bales of Florida brought 33@49 cents
