f Hundley & Cance, was ordered 25 stripes for stealing a bag of sugar and other articles from his owners. Edward Mouldin, found by the police drunk and asleep in an alley, was committed in default of security for his good behavior. Ishmael Roberts, a free negro, arrested for disorderly conduct in the street, was found with a pistol in his boot-leg and ordered a thrashing for carrying unlawful weapons.
