In the House, the Senate joint resolution authorizing the Second Auditor to receive the sum of $1,000,000, with interest, loaned to the Virginia and Tennessee Railroad Company by act of Assembly of Feb. 9, 1853, but not yet due by the terms of the loan, was referred.
