Capture by the enemy. --Before daylight on Friday, the 20th inst., two Yankee barges, containing about thirty men, went up the Santee river to the steam pounding mill and captured the schooner Louisa and crew; with a cargo of 147 bales of cotton, the steamtug Treaty, (a small propeller boat used for towing on the Santee river,) and two lighters belonging to the mill, partly loaded with rough rice. There was one negro man in the steamtug.
