The enemy in Southwestern Virginia. --There are about 12,000 Federal troops in Lee county, Va. The Bristol Advocates, of the 17th, as it went to press, received the following report: On Monday evening last the Federal force re-entered Janesville and finding people leaving Janesville they set fire to the prison and burned it up, as is supposed. Every Southern family that can get away are endeavoring to their from Lee.
