Interesting from Bluffton. --The Charleston Courier has been favored with a copy of a private letter, dated November 30th, from an officer at Bluffton, from which it publishes the following extract: "Since the Bull's Island affair the enemy has been keeping very quiet. Not one of his boats has been seen, and I have reason to believe that his pickets have been drawn in.--The Yankees have an exaggerated idea of the force that we have at this point.
