Asking for a Reprieve. --Capt A. C. Webster, who is condemned to be hung to-morrow, a few days since sent a communication to Gen. Winder, asking that officer to intercede with the Secretary of War and have his execution delayed for a short time, owing to his present painful physical condition. --Preparations are being made for his execution.
