I have no despondency—no doubt: the triumph of truth is as sure as the light of heaven. I wish that the colored people of Providence, if they feel on the subject as their brethren do elsewhere—and I presume they do—would immediately call a public meeting, and express their disapprobation of the colonization scheme.
