On motion of Mr. Johnson, the rules were suspended, and the bill read a third time and passed. Mr. Johnson offered the following resolution: Resolved, That when the Senate adjourns to-day, it will adjourn to meet at half-past 10 o'clock tomorrow, and take a recess at half-past 1 o'clock till 7 o'clock P. M., and so on from day to day until otherwise ordered. On motion of Mr. Thomas, of Fairfax, all after the words to-morrow was stricken out.
