Arming Caroline county. --The Commissioners appointed by Caroline county, Va., to purchase arms, have bought in New York $8,000 worth of rifles and carbines with sabre bayonet, which were distributed on Monday to the volunteer companies of that county, who have uniformed themselves. These arms will kill at a distance of 1,000 yards.
