ove crime, but it appeared that he had been convicted of grand larceny in stealing a $225 gold watch, on the 11th of September last, and ordered 39 for that offence. Charles Smith was examined for forging the name of Warwick & Barksdale and P. T. Moore & Co. to two checks for the payment of money, and sent on for final trial before Judge Lyons.
