Death of Jas. H. Dison. --We learn from the Panola Star that this individual is dead. He was attacked with a severe fit of coughing, vomiting up a hard substance, supposed to have been the ball received into his lungs by a shot from his step-son, R. H. Jennings, some months since, which, are the time, produced no uneasiness. He died in one minute after be commenced coughing.
