Emigration to Hayti.
--James Redpath, the general agent of the Haytien Government, and the emigration movement from the United States to that island, has resigned his position, and Government of Hayti has ordered the suspension of the Pine and Palm newspaper, the semi-official organ of the authorities of Hayti, established this city to organize and carry forward that project.
The cause of resignation was a difference of effort in regard to the plan to be pursued.--
